Code The Land is a web design agency based in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, operated by Ray Turk. This policy applies to the website at codetheland.com.

- Contact form submissions. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, and any message you submit. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry.
- Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. These tools collect anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and general location. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and track sessions. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
This site uses Netlify for hosting and form processing. Form submissions are stored in Netlify and subject to Netlify's privacy policy. Analytics data is processed by Google and subject to Google's privacy policy.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained in Netlify until manually deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings (26 months).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at ray@codetheland.com.
