How much does a website cost for a contractor?
We offer two flat-rate packages. The Starter is $2,800 and covers everything a local service business needs to get found online. The Standard is $3,500 and adds more pages, a blog, and additional conversion tools. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
How long does it take to build a contractor website?
Most sites are live within 3 to 4 weeks from the day we kick off. The timeline depends mostly on how quickly we get your content, photos, and feedback. We walk you through exactly what we need and when.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. The website build is a one-time flat fee. The monthly care plan is $150/month and you can cancel anytime. We keep clients because the work is good, not because of contracts.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site we build includes Google Maps setup, local SEO configuration, and Google Search Console submission. Ranking takes time for any new site, but we set you up correctly from day one so Google can find and index your pages.
What if I need changes after the site launches?
All packages include 30 or 60 days of post-launch support depending on the plan. After that, small updates are covered under the monthly care plan. Larger additions like new service pages are $150 per page.
Do you work with contractors outside of Cleveland?
We are based in Cleveland Heights, Ohio and focus on the greater Cleveland area, but we can work with contractors anywhere in Northeast Ohio. Most of the process is remote so location is rarely an issue.
